A three-sheet Excel template built for the rhythm of YouTube: a weekly long-form flagship (pre-filled on Thursday at 2pm EST), daily Shorts, and a mid-week community post that teases the long-form.

Different from every other platform calendar - YouTube's rhythm is weekly, not daily. The calendar reflects that: one row per content piece, highlighted long-form row as the week's anchor, and extra status stages (scripted / filmed / edited) because YouTube production takes real time.
